The Bitcoin Bulletin is dedicated to increasing the exposure of Bitcoin Traders. Simple as that.
The focus of the stories of this blog are on the micro-economy–not the potential disruption of monetary systems. This is for a many reasons, but here are the principle ones: Bitcoin is an extraordinary medium of exchange (and these properties usually play second fiddle to its characteristics as a store of value); academic material on Bitcoin is still scarce; and finally, discussions about macroeconomics all too often devolve into politicized shouting matches.
Contributors to the Bulletin feel that the acceptance of Bitcoin as a currency could help shrink the world and that more options for payment is a net gain.
Personal: My name is Spencer. You can find me on Twitter at @BitcoinBulletin or @fencefinder. My email is spencer – at – bitcoinbulletin – dot – com. You can find me in the IRC freenode #bitcoin-dev, username: Spenvo
I do weekly reviews or interviews and offer some stats in the Trade Watch section. I try to answer the following questions: “Where can I spend my Bitcoins?” and more importantly “Where should I spend my Bitcoins?” We also can help you find what you’re looking for with our Wishlist Product.
One metric of a currency’s worth is how many goods and services there are to trade for. The Trade Watch keeps an eye on the size of the Bitcoin service economy, its penetration into mainstream classifieds services like Craigslist and its exposure in mainstream news sites.
About the Classifieds Section:
As you see on the right in the section “Bitcoin Classifieds – Pulled from Craigslist” there are some items I have found for sale in Bitcoins on Craigslist.
Here’s a list of the Craigslist areas I’m crawling for the word Bitcoin in the “For Sale Category and the Gigs Category.” It’s a sampling taken from around the world. If you’d like to add your area to the list, hit me up on Twitter.

Web apps with PHP/mySQL functionality are also something I could help you out with. Just let me know and please refrain from sending me any Bitcoins before we discuss the job. Thanks!
